I have no doubt this Dual fire can sear a steak but this challenge was a failure. Where's the sear? The last 2 were on the grill for two seconds. Weak sauce video imo.

I assume you can use the 410 for pizza, not just the 380

I have the same set up and let me tell you produces amazing pizzas. 380x is the perfect pizza oven with the pizza stone kit.

This video is pretty terrible. It doesn’t align with the manual. If you follow this video you will end up with two short screws, or bolts as they call them(???), and four long ones when you get to the lid hinge step. Just use the manual.

I had an egg, offset, gas and Weber charcoal grill. I traded all of them for a Backyard Beast about a month ago and I love it. I got rid of all of my other grill/smokers. Who needs anything but a great pellet grill? Thanks from Warner Vegas!

Just got my Recteq 1100. The video answered all my questions except one. The PID Sensor in the cook area has two wires, you need to run into the controller once the controller is connected. The problem I encountered was that both connectors for the two wires have identical coloring and connector types and I wondered if it mattered which wire I connected to which connection point on the controller board - didn't want to fry my board on first power up. I called the Recteq help line, got through to a real person without having to hit 5 keys on my phone to do so. They assured me it didn't matter which wire was connected to which board connector. Thanks Recteq!

Tag your it James, Did I do that right? It said to tag a friend so I think that’s what I’m supposed to do but I’ve lost so many brain cells sniffing that propane barbecue of mine. I can’t quite always figure these things out. Anyway, I figured I’d try to win one of these, so that I could start sifting pellets, instead of sniffing gas.
